About the Author
Martin Trautschold is an entrepreneur, author, consultant and avid cyclist who lives in Ormond Beach, Florida. Together with Ned, he co-founded developed and then sold a BlackBerry wireless software company. Martin managed the international software development team, marketed and sold to Fortune 500, small companies and individuals, provided technical customer support, training and wrote dozens of technical “how to” knowledgebase articles. Martin has over 15 years of technology and management consulting experience from several of the largest consulting firms. Martin holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Princeton University. Gary Mazo is a writer, a College Professor, a gadget nut and an ordained rabbi.
